The PAC is governed by the Regeneron PAC board, a group of senior leaders from functions across the company. The board approves all contributions to federal lawmakers based on established contribution criteria intended to support the company’s advocacy strategy on key policy issues that impact the business, our patients, and the healthcare system.​

The PAC is an important tool to building relationships and leveraging other Government Relations efforts.

The PAC Board consists of the Chairman and no fewer than 4 Directors. Director terms of office last for one year and may be renewed by a vote of the other members of the PAC Board then serving. Only individuals who are United States citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents of the United States may serve as Directors.

Contribution Criteria

The purpose of Regeneron PAC is to combine contributions from eligible employees to maximize our voice in the public policy process and advance outcomes that support Regeneron’s mission and the patients and physicians we serve.

The PAC is dedicated to supporting the company’s advocacy efforts to protect Regeneron and its ability to carry out its mission.

Regeneron PAC seeks to maintain a bipartisan strategy between Democrats and Republicans. The Regeneron PAC Board evaluates candidates to support based on the following criteria:

our New York and New Jersey footprint and employees

​All Regeneron PAC contributions to lawmakers are within FEC-directed spending limits and can be viewed on the FEC website. Regeneron PAC does not contribute to Presidential campaigns or Super PACs.
